Nutricionista Online provides educational and professional nutritional consulting. Our guidance is evidence-based but does not replace the diagnosis or treatment offered by medical doctors.
Clients are obligated to disclose pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or medication regimens prior to any dietary implementation.
Booking & Financial Protocols
- Online consultations must be settled 24 hours prior to the session start time to confirm the slot.
- Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment are subject to a 50% administrative fee.
- All prices listed on nutricionista-online.rs are in Serbian Dinar (RSD) unless otherwise stated.

Intellectual Rights
Custom meal plans and nutritional analysis charts provided during consultations are for personal use only. Distribution, commercial reproduction, or public sharing of Nutricionista Online proprietary protocols is strictly prohibited without written consent.
Limitation of Liability
In accordance with Serbian law, Nutricionista Online shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from improper implementation of dietary advice. We maintain high standards of evidence-based practice but results vary significantly based on individual compliance and biological factors.
Ethics in Information Management
We operate in full compliance with the Law on Personal Data Protection of Serbia. Your medical history, biometric data, and personal identifiers are stored in encrypted environments.
Secure encrypted communication for all video sessions.
Optional data deletion upon completion of service.
No third-party data sharing for pharmaceutical marketing.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform shall be settled in the competent courts of Novi Sad.
